The Minister of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, Liburn Aliu, has stated that the decision that obliges citizens to pay 5 euros for “ticket stickers” is suspended.

He said that this decision will be reviewed in detail, while he assured that citizens will not pay 5 euros.
