At the Palace of Congresses in Tirana, the doors have been opened for the third day of the Tirana International Fair. Over 200 companies from different fields, from the six countries of the Western Balkans and other European countries, are participating in the fair organized by Klik Ekspo Group.
The director of the oldest Albanian company, Albanian Post, Ervin Bushati, says that it is good news that many Balkan countries are present in Tirana. The head of the Albanian Post adds that the interconnection between companies affects the increase of well-being, the provision of better and more competitive services and the added value for consumers.
“Albanian Post is the oldest company in Albania. It started six days after the declaration of independence. So, since 1912, the Albanian Post has been present to spread the good news of independence throughout Albania. At that time, it was at the level of a Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, it was vital, in spreading everywhere the news of the declaration of independence of Albania from Turkey”, said Bushati.
Bushati says that Kosovo and Albania should develop as an economy.
“I hope that in these areas we will start coordinating as much as possible after the meeting of the two governments in Elbasan. We all know, we all understand and we all work so that as a nation, as a society, and as an economy we develop as much as possible, and to have these common challenges turned into opportunities more than difficulties. I think that every step that has been taken so far, goes on the good path we have started to have a better future for both sides of our society”, he said.
The director of the Albanian Post told KosovaPress about the financial difficulties in the last two years.
“Also 2020 has been a difficult year financially. However, we have been forced to continue and provide services, because before being a company in the sense of only business or financial format, it is a company with a social mission. Therefore, we have not stopped this mission for a single day, even when we have had losses, we continued to provide our services. From the Albanian Post and with the Albanian Post, almost all pensioners have their way of life connected, they make payments, so we could not stop”, he said.
For the first time, companies from the six Western Balkan countries are participating in the International Business Fair, Organized by Klik Ekspo Group. This is the 27th edition and is open tomorrow as well.
