The MP of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) Agim Veliu did not vote in the first round of voting for president. Veliu did not vote in the three first round attempts to elect Vjosa Osmani, who did not get enough votes.
Osmani received 69 votes in the first round, which is insufficient for the post of president.
