After reaching a three-point agreement on license plates, European Union Special Envoy for Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue Miroslav Lajcak says the unity of the European Union and the United States of America (US) is the key to success for the Western Balkans.
He posted a photo of US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Gabriel Escobar, whom he thanked for the agreement reached in Brussels.
