The Presidency member of Democratic League of Kosovo, Arban Abrashi, said that since Albania decided to open the border with Kosovo from Monday, it is meaningless for Kosovo not to open the border with Albania.
Abrashi wrote on Facebook that, for an interstate and national cooperation, there are needed concrete actions and not populist propaganda.
