About 15 agreements are expected to be signed at the joint meeting of the Governments of Kosovo and Albania on Friday, in Elbasan. In the seventh meeting in a row, the focus of government cabinets will be on the areas of free movement, education, justice, infrastructure, culture and facilitating cooperation and trade exchange. Such meetings are welcomed by those familiar with the political processes of the two countries, while additional commitment is required in their implementation. They are also advised to avoid differences over the ‘Open Balkan’ regional initiative and to focus on advancing bilateral relations.
