The chairman of the LDK, Lumir Abdixhiku, said that the Franco-German proposal that Kurti presented to them in October does not foresees a final and legally binding agreement and as a proposal it was far from the initial proposal that Prime Minister Kurti had presented to the opposition parties in the August 2022 meeting.
Abdixhiku said that neither the LDK nor any party or any MP in the Assembly is aware of the content of the final draft of the Franco-German plan.
