The Parliamentary Group of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) requested on Tuesday to complete the amendment of the Law on pension schemes, especially the amendment of Article 8.2, which according to this political subject, is discriminatory.
The MP of AAK, Shemsedin Dreshaj, has asked to change the law on pension schemes, which says that every person must have at least 15 years of work experience before January 1, 1999.
At the press conference, MP Dreshaj asked to remove the discriminatory conditions for contributory pensioners.
