The Ministry of Justice has revoked the license of a private bailiff after repeatedly committing disciplinary violations. Minister Albulena Haxhiu, who announced this case during a media conference, said that this is happening for the first time since the disciplinary commission has been given free rein to act.
She refused to give the name of this bailiff but said that the full decision will be published on the website of the ministry soon. She encouraged citizens to contact this disciplinary commission for any complaints against bailiffs or notaries…
