Three persons have informed that they were deceived by the Kosovar male suspect, who had taken money from them in exchange for them to receive grants from a ministry of the Republic of Kosovo.
According to the Police, the case took place in Gracanica. The amount of money received by the suspect is over 30 thousand euros. The suspect is on the run. The case is being investigated.
