The Basic Prosecution in Gjakova has filed an indictment against the defendant J.G., due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offenses “Aggravated Murder”, and “Unauthorized possession, control or possession of weapons”.
According to the indictment, on June 12, 2021, in the village of Sopniq, municipality of Rahovec, in the yard of his house, the defendant intentionally murdered the now deceased, his brother, H.G.
