Civil servants have addressed numerous complaints to the Independent Oversight Board for the Civil Service, but they are not being considered, as this council has not been operational since January 21, last year.
The Minister of Internal Affairs and Public Administration, Agim Veliu, has expressed his commitment to start the work of this institution as soon as possible.
