In the early hours of today (January 1), a factory for the production of styrofoam in a village of Ferizaj was caught on fire.
The spokesperson of the Police for the Ferizaj region, Kanun Veseli, told KosovaPress that they still do not know how the fire started.
“Today at 00:34 in the morning, the Regional Police of Ferizaj received information that in the Old Village of Ferizaj there was a fire incident in the factory for the production of styrofoam “Al For”. Firefighters are at the scene and are putting down the fire. The causes of this incident are still unknown,” he said.
Veseli added that the police investigators have taken the necessary actions while there are no reports of injuries.
“The law enforcement officers and investigative officers have taken the necessary actions to investigate this case. No injuries have been reported,” he said.
