An elderly man passed away at noon today at the beach of Tales, in Lezha.
The incident happened around 12:05 p.m. It is suspected that the 77-year-old identified as Zeqir Zeqo, from Kosovo, has drowned at the sea. The investigative unit arrived at the scene, and is working to uncover the event.
