The police in Peja have arrested a 32-year-old man with the initials R.I., as a suspect for the criminal offense “Fraud” with tickets.
This is after at least 18 people had fallen victim to fraud as they had booked tickets in both directions, from different countries in Europe to Kosovo, but the suspect, for the purpose of personal gain, booked them tickets only for one direction…
