During the last 24 hours, in the Laboratory of Molecular Microbiology in NIPHK and private laboratories with RT-PCR method, as well as in public and private laboratories with RAT method, were tested a total of 4,291 samples taken from UCHSK and tracking of case contacts in the field, of which 704 cases have resulted positive.
The total number of positive cases is 79,793 out of 370,865 people suspected of being infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, while the total number of deaths is 1,736. During the last 24 hours, 342 patients have been cured, the total number of cured to date is 66,321 cases, while the number of active cases is 11,736.
