The Executive Board of the Kosovo Olympic Committee (KOC) has approved today the decision for the 22 athletes from nine different sports to be beneficiaries of the Olympic Scholarship “Paris 2024. The selection of 22 scholarship holders, where nine of them are women, was made by the sports commission in KOC, based on their international results during 2020 and 2021, KosovaPress reports.
The athletes will be supported with $ 6,000 per month by the International Olympic Committee Olympic Solidarity over the period from January 2022 to August 2024, with the KOC contributing € 2,670 per month or € 85,444 over 32 months.
