During the last 24 hours, in the Laboratory of Molecular Microbiology at NIPHK with the RT-PCR method, a total of 489 suspicious samples taken from the HUCSK and the tracing of contacts have been tested, where 118 cases have been confirmed positive.
The total number of positive cases is 5.735 cases out of 31.056 people suspected of having the SARS-CoV-2 virus, with a total of 135 deaths, who have had other concomitant diseases.
