This is the decision of ECAP that gave the CEC the right to decertify convicted candidates

In 2017, the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel gave the Central Election Commission the right not to allow the candidacy of persons who in the last 3 years had been convicted by a final verdict of the courts.

This ECAP decision has been reactivated again after appeals were filed in this institution against the same decision against the CEC, which did not certify the convicted candidates with a final verdict during the last 3 years.
