The Basic Prosecution in Gjakova has requested the imposition of detention on remand by the court against the defendant H.M., due to reasonable suspicion that he has committed the criminal offense “Incitement dissension and intolerance”.
The Prosecution announces that the case took place on August 12, in Gjakova, right inside a hotel, where the defendant H.M., during the promotion of his book, incites and publicly spreads hatred and dissension.
