The Chief State Prosecutor, Aleksandër Lumezi, received in a working meeting the General Director of the Kosovo Police, Samedin Mehmeti, to address the recent events related to the protection of journalistic sources from criminal investigations.
The Chief State Prosecutor and the Director General of Police have pledged to uphold the principles of freedom of the press and to fully respect the Law on the Protection of Journalistic Resources, which protects information sources.
