The Government of Kosovo is being asked to propose alternatives for the establishment of the Association, after the American guarantee that the Association will be in accordance with the Constitution of the country. However, it is emphasized that the issue of the Association should not be discussed as a separate topic, but only within the framework of the final agreement.
