Tomorrow is expected the registration and verification of applications of voters outside Kosovo to be completed. However, the Central Election Commission does not yet have an exact number of diaspora applications that have been confirmed.
CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi said that tomorrow, through a detailed report, the exact number of voters by mail will be known.
