The school bell has rung again at “Naim Frashëri” school for the beginning of the new school year. Since June, when the lesson ended, the students have been outside the school benches. After five weeks of strike, classes started on Monday morning, albeit late.
Diell Blakaj, who is attending the sixth grade this year, expresses his happiness that he will meet his friends again.
During these five weeks, his mother, Adelina, tells KosovaPress that she was worried about school not starting.
The strike in education started on August 25 with the request for an additional 100 euros until the entry into force of the Salary Law.
Meanwhile, SBAShK on Saturday decided to suspend the strike until January next year.
