To date, nine appeals have been submitted to the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) by various political parties. Most of these complaints are related to the non-certification of candidates in the electoral lists, for candidate for MP. This is what the head of the ECAP secretariat, Mule Desku, says for KosovaPress.
Through e-mail, Desku says that until Saturday, 9 appeals were submitted, where part of these complaints are Vetevendosje and AAK for non-certification of candidates for MPs by the CEC. While the Social Democratic Initiative NISMA, in addition to the list of candidates, has also complained about the non-certification of the party.
