The Democratic Party of Kosovo is considering that the citizens have decided for a change in the second round of local elections. However, the head of the PDK election headquarters, Kujtim Gashi in a press conference said that it is not yet time to celebrate, as each vote must be counted.
“Prizren has already decided for a change, but it is not the time to celebrate yet because each vote must be counted”, said Gashi.
