With 69 votes in favor, the deputies of the VIII legislature have voted Glauk Konjufca from Vetevendosje for a new Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo. The vote in favor of the election of Konjufca as Speaker of the Assembly was also given by the MP of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Xhavit Haliti.
While, other PDK deputies the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) were against.
