On the 22nd anniversary of the assassination of the activist and former LDK deputy leader, Fehmi Agani, the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, accompanied by the Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, paid tribute and laid wreaths at his grave. From there the two institutional leaders sought justice for the assassination of academic Agani and for all the assassinations committed by the Yugoslav regime. The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani said that Agani was the right hand of the historic President of Kosovo, Ibrahim Rugova.
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti said that today, on this 22nd anniversary of the abduction and criminal murder of Professor Fehmi Agani, at his grave they are paying tribute to his great figure, role and contribution. He stressed that with the amendments to the Code of Criminal Procedure for trial and sentencing in absentia, it is time for the justice system to work to bring justice to all victims of the Serbian regime.
