The Deputy Chairman of the Organization of War Veterans (OVL), Nasim Haradinaj on January 8, 2021 will appear before the Special Court. This has already been announced by the Specialized Chambers.
According to the same announcement, during the first hearing, Haradinaj will be asked to plead guilty or not guilty in connection with the charges against him presented in the indictment.
