The hearing session against Nasim Haradinaj has been postponed, the session was scheduled to appear before the Special Court at 15:00. The hearing was adjourned to December 18 at 14:00 p.m. This has been announced through a notification from the Specialized Chambers.
The request for Haradinaj’s postponement was made by his lawyer, in order to give him more time to discuss the indictment with his client and to prepare for the hearing.
