The deputy head of the KLA War Veterans Organization, Nasim Haradinaj, has refused to appear in a courtroom in The Hague to plead guilty or not guilty.
This was announced by the pre-trial judge at the conference on the progress of Haradinaj’s case held today in the Specialized Chambers in The Hague. The lawyer said that Haradinaj’s refusal to appear was a sign of protest for the way he was treated in The Hague.
