Vetevendosje Movement MP, Hekuran Murati proposed that before the Draft Budget Law is voted, the budget extension for February and March should be voted on first.
According to him, the Law on Budget may be passed in the first reading, but the decision of the Constitutional Court may come and it cannot be completed in two readings.
