The post of Speaker of the Assembly was handed over from the former Speaker Vjosa Osmani to the newly elected Speaker Glauk Konjufca. Asked by the media, Konjufca said that there are some procedures but the possibility of appointing Kurti as prime minister after a few hours is not ruled out.
