The Kosovo Millennium Foundation, supported by the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and in partnership with leading local and international organizations, has implemented a 5-year program dedicated to reducing the large gender gap in the energy sector in Kosovo, as well as filling the energy needs of women-owned businesses in the country.
Hundreds of women have directly benefited from the Women in Energy program, through an innovative and cross-cutting approach to scholarships, internships, and grants for Kosovar women’s businesses in the energy sector.
