The incumbent Prime Minister, Avdullah Hoti, received the EU Commissioner for Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak. Prime Minister Hoti resumed the dialogue process with Serbia after the Paris Summit held on July 10, 2020. The dialogue continued on three basic principles: a final agreement with mutual recognition will be discussed, the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Kosovo is non-negotiable, while the Constitution of Kosovo is inviolable.
