The Deputy Mayor of Gjilan, Arbër Ismajli, in the virtual meeting with the Minister of Health, Arben Vitia, has categorically opposed the total closure as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Ismajli said that the Government must make a balance between the tightening of measures and the least possible damage to the economy of the Republic.
