The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, has congratulated Kosovo on its 17th anniversary of independence.
Rama posted the Kosovo flag wishing it all the best.
“GOOD MORNING KOSOVO, Happy independence day and prosperity always,” he wrote on Facebook.
