Basic Court in Prishtina – Gracanica Branch has approved the request of the Basic Prosecution in Prishtina to impose a measure of one month detention on seven defendants M.R, Ç.ZH., L.K, B.ZH, D.N, M.J and D.T., because they have committed the criminal offense of participation in beatings in co-perpetration.
The parties have the right to appeal against this decision in the Court of Appeals of Kosovo.
