During the last 24 hours, in the Laboratory of Molecular Microbiology in NIPHK and private laboratories with the method RT-PCR, were tested a total of 744 samples taken from HUCSK and tracking of case contacts in the field, of which 109 cases have resulted positive.Within 24 hours 8 deaths were reported with SARS CoV-2 positive. Death cases are from the municipalities: Ferizaj 2 cases (61, 60 years old), Lipjan 2 cases (73, 68 years old), Dragash 1 case (75 years old), Fushe-Kosova 1 case (73 years old), Prizren 1 case (74 years old) years old) and Vushtrri 1 case (74 years old).
The total number of positive cases is 50,910 cases out of 181,148 people suspected of being infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, while the total number of deaths is 1,325. During the last 24 hours, 454 patients have been cured, the total number of cured to date is 40,423 cases, while the number of active cases is 9,162.
