The session of the Assembly of Kosovo scheduled for today at 11:00 has been postponed for one hour. The session will begin at 12:00.
According to the official announcement, the change was made in coordination with the chairmen of the parliamentary groups.
On the agenda is the parliamentary debate on the general strike of the Union of Independent Trade Unions of Kosovo.
Also, on the agenda are the first review of the Draft Law on the amendment and completion of the laws related to the rationalization and establishment of accountability lines of executive agencies, the first review of the Draft Law on the amendment and completion of the Law on Funded Pension Schemes from the State.
The MPs will also examine the annual reports of the Independent Media Commission for 2021, the Regulatory Authority of Electronic and Postal Communications for 2021, and those of the Central Public Enterprises for 2020.
The item on the agenda is also the review of the report with recommendations from the supervision of the implementation of the Law on Electronic Surveillance of Persons Whose Movement is Restricted by Court Decision, the review of the Report with recommendations from the supervision of the implementation of the Law on Notaries, as well as the review of the Recommendations resulting from the review of the Audit Report for the annual financial statements of the University of Pristina for the year 2021.
In today’s plenary session, the unfinished items from the session of August 4, 2022, the vote in the second reading of the Draft Law on the Government of Kosovo, the Draft Law on amending and supplementing the Law on Notaries and the review of the security strategy 2022-2027 are scheduled for discussion.
Also, on the agenda are the election of a member of the Board of RTK, from the Albanian community, the review of the recommendations resulting from the review of the audit report for the annual financial statements of RTK 2021 and the performance audit report, the management of public funds in RTK, and the formation of the ad-hoc commission for the selection of candidates for a member of the Independent Media Council.
