{"id":62912,"date":"2024-01-03T21:03:45","date_gmt":"2024-01-03T21:03:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovapress.com\/ots\/?p=62912"},"modified":"2024-01-08T18:09:21","modified_gmt":"2024-01-08T18:09:21","slug":"deklarate-per-opinion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovapress.com\/ots\/?p=62912","title":{"rendered":"DEKLARATE P\u00cbR OPINION"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>DEKLARATE P\u00cbR OPINION<\/p>\n<p>Lidhja e Historian\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u201cAli Hadri\u201d dega n\u00eb De\u00e7an, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebsaj deklarate p\u00ebr opinion, ri k\u00ebrkon nga Qeveria e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb nis\u00eb sa me par\u00eb hartimi i nj\u00eb ligji t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb me an\u00eb e se cilit Kosova do i shpall t\u00eb pazbatuara n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha ligjet, vendimet dhe aktet n\u00ebnligjore q\u00eb i ka marr Serbia p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs mars 1989 \u2013 qershor 1999.<\/p>\n<p>Ky ligj, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ligj vetik p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn dhe si i till\u00eb do pamund\u00ebsoj zbatimin e ligjeve, vendimeve dhe akteve n\u00ebnligjore q\u00eb ka marr Serbia p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn q\u00eb nga heqja e autonomis\u00eb e deri tek \u00e7lirimi i Kosov\u00ebs dhe kalimin e saj n\u00ebn protektoratin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb koha e fundit q\u00eb institucionet e Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb miratojn\u00eb nj\u00eb ligje t\u00eb tille, ngase Kosova mjafte \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrballur me pasoj\u00ebn e k\u00ebtyre ligjeve, ku rasti me i rend i sulmit ndaj sistemit ton\u00eb juridik e kushtetuese ishte akt gjykim i Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs i 20 majit 2016, me t\u00eb cilin duke legalizuar dy vendimet e shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb Dhom\u00ebs s\u00eb Posa\u00e7me t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Supreme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, si raste t\u00eb gjykuara, me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ka bere legalizimin dhe zbatimi e vendimeve t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb Millosheviqit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, duke i njohur pron\u00ebsin\u00eb ndaj 24 hektar tok\u00eb t\u00eb Nd\u00ebrmarrjeve shoq\u00ebrore \u201cApiko\u201d dhe \u201cIliria\u201d Manastirit t\u00eb De\u00e7anit.<\/p>\n<p>Kosova, n\u00eb dit\u00ebt n\u00eb vijim do t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me presione t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm sa i takon zbatimit t\u00eb aktgjykimit t\u00eb kushtetueses p\u00ebr De\u00e7an, dhe zbatimi eventual i tij do t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb norme juridike, p\u00ebr \u00e7ka Kosova rrezikon t\u00eb humbas edhe dhjet\u00ebra hektar t\u00eb tjera tok\u00eb t\u00eb cilat ju jan\u00eb falur Kisha politike q\u00eb ka nderuar regjimi i Millosheviqi n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs 1989-1999.
