Tregu i karburanteve ka qarkullim vjetor n\u00eb mbi 11% t\u00eb PPB me mbi 1.5 miliard $\/vit, duke qen\u00eb nga m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenjt\u00eb e ekonomis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Arsyeja e p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb m\u00ebsip\u00ebrm \u00ebsht\u00eb mungesa e konkurenc\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb n\u00eb tregun e karburanteve si pasoj\u00eb e pranis\u00eb s\u00eb oligopoleve dhe marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb tipit kartel. Munges\u00eb e qart\u00eb e standarteve t\u00eb konkurenc\u00ebs v\u00ebrehen sidomos n\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb zinxhirit treg\u00ebtar si sh\u00ebrbimet portuale, depozitimit dhe treg\u00ebtis\u00eb me shumic\u00eb t\u00eb karburanteve. Autoritetet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse jan\u00eb treguar t\u00eb paafta p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar standartet e konkurenc\u00ebs n\u00eb tregun strategjik t\u00eb karburanteve.<\/p>\n<p>ERRK duhej t\u00eb ishte agjensi e p\u00ebrhershme, n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb me profesionist\u00eb. Bordi i Trasparenc\u00ebs i deritash\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb me koh\u00eb t\u00eb pjesshme, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb ekzekutivit dhe p\u00ebrbehej, n\u00eb p\u00ebrplasje t\u00eb qart\u00eb interesi, n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e antar\u00ebve vendimarr\u00ebs, pik\u00ebrisht me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb subjekteve, q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ishin objekt kontrolli.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria ka \u00e7mimet krah\u00ebsimore t\u00eb karburanteve nga m\u00eb t\u00eb larta n\u00eb nivel kontinenti dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb. Kostot rriten edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga standartet e dob\u00ebta t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe vjedhjet me volumet n\u00eb pikat e shitjes me pakic\u00eb.
