The Minister of Health, Armend Zemaj, said that there is still a lot of work to be done in respecting the rights of people with disabilities. At the session of the Assembly, where was discussed this issue, he said that for the first time it is planned that the equipment used for movement, for this category, be covered by the state budget.
He mentioned here the draft instruction drafted by the Ministry of Health, in September this year, in determining the list and types of free equipment for people with disabilities.
