Kosovo’s\u00a0Acting Minister of Justice, Donika G\u00ebrvalla, has stated that the government is holding discussions with the United States regarding the issue of gas, but stressed that this topic is only one of many being discussed with allied countries. \u201cWe have discussions not only about gas but also about many security-related topics with all our allies, not only with the United States, and we have shown over the past five years that we act with great responsibility and seriousness, not only by discussing but also by making decisions based on the interest of Kosovo,\u201d<\/em> G\u00ebrvalla said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As the leader of the \u201cGUXO\u201d party, which is part of the governing coalition with \u201cVet\u00ebvendosje,\u201d G\u00ebrvalla also commented on the Democratic League of Kosovo\u2019s position of conditioning any governing coalition on the implementation of the American gas project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n She said that imposing conditions is a very bad prerequisite for the start of negotiations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThe opposition would do well not to set conditions, because setting conditions is a very bad prerequisite for the start of negotiations.
