The Basic Prosecution Office in Prizren has filed an indictment against defendants K.K., Sh.G., V.S., and L.G., who are currently in pre-trial detention, on well-grounded suspicion that they jointly committed the criminal offense of \u201cRobbery\u201d under Article 317 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. K.K. and Sh.G. are also charged with the criminal offense of \u201cUnauthorized Ownership, Control or Possession of Weapons\u201d under Article 366 of the Criminal Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the indictment, on February 3, 2026, at around 1:05 a.m., in Prizren, near the \u201cGreen Market,\u201d the defendants, following a prior agreement among themselves, acted in co-perpetration with the intention of unlawfully obtaining the movable property of the injured party, L.R., by using serious threats with a firearm and a knife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe above-mentioned defendants, masked and armed, approached the vehicle in which the injured parties L.R. and H.S. were located and, under the threat of a knife and a firearm, demanded money from them. They took cash from the injured party L.R., and also removed an item of small value from the vehicle,\u201d <\/em>the statement said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n According to the statement, after carrying out the robbery, the defendants fled the scene in the vehicle they had used to arrive and headed in an unknown direction, while the victims immediately notified the Kosovo Police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cDuring searches conducted by the Kosovo Police, two firearms were found and confiscated: a \u2018Zoraki\u2019 9 mm pistol with a magazine and one round of ammunition, and an \u2018EKOL\u2019 9 mm pistol with its corresponding magazine.
