The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj has filed an indictment against three suspects accused of cryptocurrency fraud, carried out through an organized scheme aimed at illegal financial gain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the Prosecution\u2019s statement, the defendants identified by initials A.L., R.J., and V.N. are suspected of having deceived several people on April 17, 2026, on \u201cCen Dugolli\u201d Street in Ferizaj, by presenting themselves as holders of the USDT cryptocurrency and promising transfers through a digital wallet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Investigations revealed that the suspects had rented a premises where they organized a meeting with the victims. They managed to take 12,000 euros from them, which they placed in a bag and hid inside a modified cabinet with a hole at the back, through which they discreetly removed the money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the Prosecution, the same individuals had also planned another fictitious cryptocurrency transaction in Ka\u00e7anik, aiming to obtain 50,000 euros from people interested in purchasing USDT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meanwhile, two of the defendants, A.L. and R.J., are also charged with another fraud case in 2024 in Ferizaj, where they allegedly deceived a person via contacts on \u201cTelegram,\u201d \u201cViber,\u201d and \u201cWhatsApp,\u201d taking 2,000 euros under the promise of transferring cryptocurrency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
