Acting Minister of Internal Affairs Xhelal Sve\u00e7la has announced that he has established a working group which, by analyzing all necessary legal, financial, and organizational aspects, will propose the modalities of an early retirement program in the Kosovo Police by the end of July this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sve\u00e7la said that the working group, which held its first meeting today, will organize consultations, working meetings, and hearing sessions with the organizational structures of the police at central and local level, with the aim of identifying operational challenges and real needs related to early retirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWithin this analysis, the possibility of a gradual implementation of the program will be examined, starting from the age of 63 and gradually reducing it to the age of 55, in line with financial capacities and institutional needs.
