In an atmosphere of grief and sorrow, the Municipality of Decan held a commemorative meeting today in memory of the Director of Agriculture, Rifat Stojkaj, who passed away at the age of 35 in a self-inflicted accident in the village of Lloqan, Decan, reports KosovaPress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Mayor of Decan, Bashkim Ramosaj, said that Rifat\u2019s passing is a great loss for the municipality and for everyone who had the chance to know him closely. He described Stojkaj as a proven professional, a man of action rather than words, highlighting his dedication to citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Daut Haradinaj, an MP of the AAK, said that Rifat Stojkaj had extraordinary human values and that he carried out every duty with honesty and commitment to citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cFor 15 years I have known him, and from the very first days, as the saying goes, he took my heart. Through his engagement and activity, he always won trust and doubled confidence whenever he competed. This means he had incomparable human values. Not only in his role as director, but as a person, his energy was service to everyone in our region. May his memory be eternal.
