And I have been very pleased to see this, very proud to be back and to be connected with many of you,\u201d <\/em>he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Mayor of the capital, P\u00ebrparim Rama, said that Pristina is a fast-growing European center built for investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWhat makes Pristina particularly attractive goes beyond the projects themselves. We offer: a highly motivated, young and skilled workforce \u2014 educated, multilingual, and eager to innovate. Low operating costs and a competitive 10% corporate tax rate. A strategic location in the heart of Southeast Europe, with access to a regional market of over 20 million people. Sustainable economic growth \u2014 around 4% annual GDP growth \u2014 and a clear commitment to transparency and ease of doing business,\u201d <\/em>Rama said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He added that the American Investors Conference is taking place at a decisive moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The U.S. Charg\u00e9 d\u2019Affaires in Kosovo, Anu Prattipati, said that Pristina is the economic engine of the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n She also spoke about the 2030 Mediterranean Games, saying that the need for world-class infrastructure presents an opportunity for American investors to leave a lasting legacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cAnd as we look ahead to the 2030 Mediterranean Games, the need for world-class infrastructure, including sports facilities, transport networks, hospitality, and urban development, presents a timely opportunity for American investors to leave a lasting legacy, not only for the Games but for generations to come. The summit directly advances the U.S. Embassy\u2019s priority of deepening economic ties and fostering mutual prosperity. Pristina is not just a destination.
