The spokesperson of the University Clinical Centre of Kosovo (UCCK) told KosovaPress that the child was discharged from the Pediatric Clinic yesterday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIn response to the questions posed, based on official data from the Pediatric Clinic, we inform you that the child\u2019s health condition is stable. The child was discharged from the Pediatric Clinic yesterday. He was taken over by the Centre for Social Work in Gjakova,\u201d the statement reads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Minister for Labour and Family, Andin Hoti, has received the final report on the handling of the family\u2019s case involving the five-year-old from Janjev\u00eb in Lipjan by the Centre for Social Work. The report was received late on Wednesday afternoon by the Division for the Inspection of Social and Family Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Minister Hoti himself confirmed exclusively for KosovaPress that the report\u2019s findings conclude that the Centre for Social Work, as well as other institutions, were responsible in this case, and he announced punitive measures for all those identified for improper handling of the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A month ago, the case of the five-year-old shocked the country. Due to abuse by his parents, he received treatment in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
